Loyola University -
BOOKING
When signing up - please choose May 8th 1000-1600 for pick up of supplies and choose May 15th 0800 - 1600 for collection of your items.
PICK UP OF PACKING SUPPLIES
We will have a table on campus at the Residence Halls Quad the following dates distributing supplies and labels and accepting orders, changes, etc May 8 - May 12th - 10am - 4pm.
COLLECTION OF ITEMS
Students do not need to be present for pick up or delivery if residing in dorm, we will be picking up all student's items from dorms starting the week of May 15th.
RETURN OF ITEMS
Students do not need to be present for return of items if residing in dorm, we will confirm with housing dorm/suite number and date/time for check in and your items will be waiting for you in your room when you check in for Fall Semester.
Tulane University -
We are not able to access Tulane University campus as of May 2023 and can only assist off campus students Student, Parent or Roommate must be present when picking up at off campus housing for pick up. If your date/time is not available via online, please contact a storage genius via email or phone to schedule your pick up.
2024 College Student Summer Storage Plans
Loyola University - Summer Plan - To Be Confirmed January 2024
Book by December 15th to secure 2023 rate of $475.

Summer plan includes storage for items May - August and includes 10 large packing bags and storage up to 15 items total, bags, boxes, bins and bulky items (small pieces of furniture such as desk chair, mirror, rolling storage carts, etc), distribution of supplies, collection, storage and return delivery. Additional packing supplies such as boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc available online. $45 Non Refundable Deposit required to confirm summer storage order. Payment Plans are available for Summer Storage Plan of 3 payments - TBD once plan 2024 plan is determined.
Study Abroad and Rising Juniors returning in June or July - we can assist!
Monthly plans starting @ $69 per month. Pick up and Return Fee starting @ $100 each. When picking up large furniture, job requires two movers and our truck @ $175 per hour, 2 hour minimum will be charged. Stairs are billed @ $55 per hour to add a third mover. Time starts once team arrives at house and ends once all items have been loaded into the facility. Exact Plan determined once items are picked up and stored in our climate controlled facility. 1st month free (up to $69 credit) for repeat customers for study abroad storage only - apply coupon code 1stmonth# when setting up order. $45 booking fee applied to confirm order.
Box Shipment Plan based on Per Student and One Room in Apt/House
We are now accepting orders for storing and delivering packages for delivery to on or off campus housing, click on get started to sign up. $125 plan is for boxes personal or retailer boxes under 40 lbs up to10 boxes total, $50 each additional 10 boxes, $200 plan for packages over 40 lbs that require a 2 man lift up to 10 packages and $75 each additional 10. Both packages are based on one student. Includes acceptance of boxes, storage up to one month (if not existing customer) and delivery. If you are not an existing customer storing items, a plan will be applied after first month @ $69 per month. Once your account is set up and delivery date/time is confirmed, a storage genius will send you an email confirming Shipping Address. $50 deposit to confirm order.
Furniture Assembly
Shipping Furniture to Attic Space?
We now offer Furniture Assembly at our facility and will deliver to Loyola Dorm or your student's off campus housing. Pre Assembly at facility $35 p/h per assembler (no minimum) and Assembly at house $35 p/h, per assembler @ a two hour minimum. PLEASE NOTE: Beds, Sofas and Glass items are assembled on site, $35 p/h per assembler, two hour minimum. We can't accept any packages for Tulane On Campus Housing Students.
MOVING SERVICES
Need furniture moved, picked up from a senior or from a retailer, professional moving services available - $150 per hour, $100 each additional hour, 3 hour minimum based on 2 movers and truck, each additional mover $65 per hour. Stairs involved will require a 3rd mover @ $65 per hour and additional movers to be added based on number of flights and amount of items to be moved.
